The challenge

2023 brought challenges that she never saw coming – the heartbreak of a marriage breakdown, the weight of a mortgage on her own, and the shock of losing her job to redundancy just two weeks before Christmas. “I was blindsided,” she shared. “Without meditation, I would have been rocking in the corner.”

Discovery

She had first heard about Rich’s Vedic Meditation course the year before but hadn’t felt ready to join. When August 2023 arrived, she knew the timing was right. “I can never stop believing that things come into your life for a reason,” she said. “Sometimes you don’t see it at the time, but later it all makes sense.”

The Experience

From the moment she began practicing, meditation became her daily anchor. “I’m a definite convert to twice-daily Vedic Meditation… not always twice, but always every day.” Through her practice, she found a safe space to grieve, cry, and process emotions – and then move forward with clarity and strength. Meditation gave her perspective, helping her remain present, grounded, and centred, even when life felt uncertain.

The Transformation

With renewed stability and calm, she regained her footing and soon secured a new role with a respected company in her field. “Vedic Meditation kept me grounded and gave me the space to work through my emotions and make the right choices. No one could do it for me – but the practice gave me the strength to do it myself.”

She now encourages others to learn the technique that helped her navigate two life-changing events with grace and resilience. “I’m forever grateful for learning this practice. Rich, you came into my life when I didn’t know how much I would need it.”
