Thanks for stopping by to see if Vedic Meditation might be the right fit for you. I have had the privilege of teaching this beautiful practice to over 500 individuals, and I have introduced thousands more to the world of meditation. Personally, I have been on this meditative journey for almost two decades. The first eight years were a bit of a wandering exploration, trying everything from Vipassana silent retreats to mindfulness and even those old-school binaural beat recordings, all of which led me closer to Vedic Meditation.
Why Vedic? From a scientific angle, it is one of the easiest techniques to integrate because of how it naturally works with your brainwaves. When I found it, it felt like discovering a soothing balm. It fit seamlessly into my life and became something I could easily keep up with.
Alongside being a Vedic Meditation teacher, I am also a functional breath specialist. My Honours thesis explored how dysfunctional and functional breathing patterns influence stress mechanics and nervous system regulation. I now work with people from all walks of life to help them shift from chronic stress, anxiety, burnout or disconnection into greater wellbeing through evidence-based breathwork and meditation.
