Whether you’re feeling stretched thin, stuck in stress cycles, or simply know there’s more potential within you, this mentoring space is designed to help you pause, assess, and recalibrate. We begin by understanding your unique baseline – including current stress patterns, breath function, and markers of wellbeing – using both reflective inquiry and science-based assessments. From there, we co-create a personalised roadmap to support your nervous system, shift unhelpful patterns, and cultivate greater clarity, calm, and vitality in your life. This is not one-size-fits-all coaching – it’s a collaborative, practical, and deeply supportive journey toward sustainable wellbeing.

This mentoring program is for people who genuinely value their wellbeing and know something is out of balance – whether it’s burnout, feeling wired-but-tired, or just a sense of disconnection. You might be functioning well on the surface, but inside you feel the cost. This work is for those who want support from someone who understands the science of stress, the art of regulation, and the power of working gently and practically with the nervous system. It’s for people who are ready to make meaningful changes – and just need the right tools, support, and roadmap.
It’s not for those seeking quick fixes or unwilling to take responsibility. I’ll meet you fully, but you’ll need to show up too. This is your journey – I’m simply here to guide and support it.

To create lasting change, we start with insight. This mentoring journey begins with a series of assessments designed to give you a clear understanding of how your stress levels and breathing habits are shaping your current state of health and wellbeing.
Breath Assessment – identify dysfunctional patterns such as over-breathing, mouth breathing, or poor diaphragmatic use
Stress Assessment – understand how your nervous system responds to pressure and identify key stress triggers
HRV & Coherence Testing (in-person) – measure heart rate variability to evaluate nervous system adaptability and coherence
These insights form the foundation of your personalised roadmap, combining functional breathwork, stress regulation techniques, and tailored wellbeing strategies.
But it doesn’t stop there.
You’ll receive ongoing support across 12 weeks, with structured guidance, accountability, and step-by-step practices to help you shift unhelpful patterns, build resilience, and sustain change over time.
